Μεσογειακή φακοσαλάτα-Mediterranean lentil salad

 1 φλυτζάνι φακές βρασμένες

4 κ.σ. βρασμένο πλιγούρι 1 μικρή ντομάτα 1 φρέσκο κρεμμυδάκι 1/2 κόκκινη πιπεριά 2 μικρά αγγουράκια τουρσί μια χούφτα μαιντανός 1 κ.σ. μουστάρδα αλάτι πιπέρι 1 κ.σ. σπασμένο λιναρόσπορο 1-2 κ.σ. βαλσάμικο ξύδι ελαιόλαδο 1 χούφτα καρύδια 1 cup of cooked lentils 4 tbsps of boiled bulgur 1 small size tomato 1 spring onion 1/2 red bell pepper 2 small pickled cucumbers a handful of parsley 1 tbsp of mustard salt pepper 1 tbsp of crushed linseed 1-2 tbsps of balsamic vinegar olive oil 1 handful of walnuts
